Edwina and Francis’s wedding was an incredible celebration of love, culture, and pure joy. Covering 14 hours of their special day, I had the privilege of experiencing my first Ghanaian wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing. The day began in a nearby hotel, where both families got ready in separate rooms, surrounded by laughter, excitement, and the final touches of preparation. The exchanging of vows, the prayers, and the sheer emotion in the room made it an unforgettable moment.
With the formalities complete, the real celebration kicked into high gear. We headed to the evening reception, where the atmosphere was electric. The music, the dancing, the vibrant colors—it was a feast for the senses. Friends and family poured their love into every moment, filling the space with an overwhelming sense of happiness.
